The operator

Which legal entity operates the service

Cevsterflax is a commercial designation employed by the organization responsible for managing and maintaining this website and its related user platform.

The operating company is the entity you contract with when you accept our Terms of Use and establish an account. Its complete legal designation, its organizational structure, its enrollment information and the corporate group to which it is affiliated are detailed in the client agreement provided during account initialization, and are made available upon request using the contact methods outlined in the "Obtaining documentation" section that follows.

Because corporate structures, registered particulars and service arrangements can change, we deliberately do not restate them as fixed text on a marketing page. The client agreement and the documentation pack we send you are the authoritative source; where this page and those documents differ, the documents prevail.

Group companies and service providers

Certain functions - technology hosting, payment processing, market data, customer identification tools - are carried out by specialist third-party providers under written agreements. The categories of provider we use, and the way your personal data is handled by them, are described in our Privacy Policy. We refrain from listing service provider identities on this page.

Framework

The regulatory framework we work within

We describe here the type of obligations that govern the service, rather than naming authorities or quoting reference numbers, which belong in the formal documentation.

  1. 01

    Client identification

Every account is verified before funding, trading or withdrawal, in line with the KYC and AML controls described on our KYC & AML page.

  2. 02

    Financial-crime prevention

Sanctions and risk screening, ongoing transaction monitoring, internal escalation procedures and record retention for the periods required by applicable law.

  3. 03

    Handling of client money

Deposits held by clients are segregated from the company's operational capital, and funds returned to clients are sent to a confirmed account registered in the client's personal designation.

  4. 04

    Fair and clear communication

Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.

  5. 05

    Data protection

Personal information is handled according to a specified legal foundation, maintained for no longer than required, and safeguarded through authentication mechanisms and encryption during transmission and storage.

  6. 06

    Complaints handling

A documented process for handling grievances internally, including acknowledgement, review and a detailed response according to the timeline communicated at the moment your grievance is received.

Should a jurisdiction enforce more stringent protections than those detailed above, those enhanced protections are mandated for clients who are domiciled in such a jurisdiction.

Availability

Jurisdictions served and excluded

The service is offered only where we are permitted to offer it. Availability is assessed at registration on the basis of your country of residence, and it can change.

Where the service is offered

Account registration is available to individuals residing in jurisdictions designated as permitted during your account creation process. Should your jurisdiction be included in that designation and you satisfy the verification requirements, registration may proceed. Should your jurisdiction not be listed, access to the service is unavailable.

Where the service is not offered

  • Jurisdictions and areas that are subject to international sanctions regimes or trade restrictions.
  • Jurisdictions where offering this type of service to retail clients requires a local authorisation we do not hold.
  • Jurisdictions identified as high risk for financial crime under applicable rules.
  • Any territory we have chosen to exclude for internal risk reasons.

No solicitation

No content presented on this website targets or is designed for dissemination in or engagement with any person situated in a location where doing so would infringe upon applicable regulations. Connecting to this website from a prohibited jurisdiction does not confer authorization to access the service. Should you relocate to a prohibited jurisdiction while maintaining an active account, you must notify us - your account access may be limited or terminated and any funds restored to you.

Documentation

How to request corporate and compliance documents

Clients, prospective clients and professional counterparties may request our corporate and compliance documentation. We provide it on request rather than publishing it openly.

What can be requested

  • Documentation verifying the regulated business and its administrative details.
  • The current client agreement and the schedule of costs applicable to your account.
  • An overview of our counter-money-laundering protocols and identification verification practices.
  • The complaints-handling procedure and escalation route.
  • Privacy documentation concerning your own information and how it is handled.

How to make the request

  1. 01

    Write to us

Use the contact route on our contact page. Put "Regulatory documentation request" in the subject line.

  2. 02

    Identify yourself

State whether you are an existing client (and give the email address on the account) or a prospective client, and which documents you need.

  3. 03

    Receive the pack

Requests are answered within the timeframe stated when your request is acknowledged. Some documents may be provided in extract form where they contain confidential internal detail.

Documents are sent to the verified contact details on file. We cannot send account-specific documentation to a third party without your written authorisation.

Contact

Regulatory and compliance questions

Inquiries concerning our supervisory status, our risk management protocols, or escalation of concerns should be directed to the compliance contact instead of standard customer service.

How do I raise a compliance question?

Send it through the contact page and title it "Compliance". Supply the account email if you currently operate an account, and briefly explain your question in one or two statements.

How do I make a formal complaint?

Use the same route and mark the message "Complaint". You will receive an acknowledgement, a reference and an indication of the timeframe for a substantive reply. If the outcome does not resolve the matter, the reply will explain the further escalation options available to you.

How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?

Navigate to the abuse reporting function. Cases of misuse of the Cevsterflax name in communications, promotional materials or counterfeit portals must be flagged there so corrective steps can be initiated.

Are institutional or press enquiries handled here?

Yes - send them through the contact page with a clear subject line and they will be routed to the right team.
